Blessing Beavertown

Join us in our effort the bless 32 families at Beaverton Elementary School this Christmas season!

Over the past couple of years, Five Rivers Church has chosen to prioritize a partnership with the Beavertown Elementary School. Our strategy is simple: to be a great community partner by serving the school and the students. It is our belief that God will provide opportunities for us to bring Kingdom and share the story Jesus is telling as we build trust with the school, and they turn to us for help when they see real needs.


Our reliability is paying off. Last Christmas season, the school asked us to provide groceries for 24 families over Christmas break. They were overwhelmed with our generosity. This year, they asked us if we could help again, and we committed to 32 families. 


Here is how you can help: 


Purchase grocery items to be distributed to families at the school.

Drop off purchased grocery items at Five Rivers Church

Purchased grocery items will be collected in the church lobby. We will begin collecting items on Sunday, December 1, and continue collecting through Sunday, December 15. 


Pray for the families that will be blessed through this outreach


Five Rivers Church will contribute a Kroger gift card to each family that can be used to purchase perishable items. 

Grocery boxes will be packed on Monday, December 16. 

Boxes will be delivered to the school on Tuesday, December 17.
