Leading pastor
Tracy and his wife, Beth, have been married since 1992 and are proud parents of three married children—Stephen (Nicki), Rebekah (Jordan), and Matthew (Monika)—and four beloved grandchildren. Tracy has served in full-time ministry since 1986, including roles as a children’s pastor, family pastor, and lead pastor. He has also taught graduate courses at Cincinnati Christian Seminary and written curriculum for Standard Publishing. Tracy’s greatest joy is spending time with his family—especially being “Pop” to his grandkids.

KIM GASS - H2O Kids
Kim, a preacher’s kid, met her husband, John, in youth group. They were married in 1987 and have three daughters—Brandi, Chelsea, and Emily. She holds a degree in elementary education from Wright State University and has served in children’s ministry and church leadership in Dayton, Ohio and Northern Virginia. Kim treasures time with family and friends, especially remodeling her home with John. She’s passionate about helping children know Jesus and believes it can change lives for eternity.

THOMAS SIAFA - Missions
Thomas and his wife, Massah, were married in 1985 and have four grown children and eight grandchildren. Originally from Liberia, they came to the U.S. in 1993 during the civil war. Thomas is an ordained pastor and serves as the Global Missions Director at Five Rivers Church. He also leads Heart For Africa Ministries, planting churches and supporting pastors in Liberia. In his free time, he enjoys watching basketball and soccer.
CASEY VOGEL - Youth Intern
Casey Vogel is currently studying Biblical History at Cedarville University. He has a passion for helping students grow in their faith, navigate life’s challenges, and discover their God-given purpose—a passion that was sparked during his three years serving as Chaplain at East Dayton Christian School. In his free time, Casey enjoys playing volleyball, running, working out, gaming, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
BETH WRIGHT - Communciations
Beth and her husband, Tracy, have been doing ministry together since their marriage in 1992. She has served in a variety of roles over the years, including youth, women’s, pregnancy crisis, communications, and care ministries. Beth has a heart for seeing unreligious people discover how much God's loves them. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family—especially being “Nana” to her grandchildren.
