Adopt-A-flower-bed

Spring is an amazing time of year! Life returns to grasses, plants and trees that have laid dormant for the winter bringing color and fragrance. It's a beautiful season, but It can be a challenge keeping things nice and tidy with a large property.

We want to keep our campus grounds in order, but we cannot do it alone, so we are coming to you with as ask:

Will you consider adopting a flower bed?

We aren't asking you to design the bed or provide plants or shrubs. We are simply asking for to help us maintain it. Check out the beds we need help with, and consider adopting a bed today!

Bed #1

This bed, along the south side of the building, measures 20 feet wide by 5 feet deep. It is one of the lower-maintenance beds in that the plants here require almost no additional watering outside of normal rainfall. Regular weeding is the primary requirement of this bed making it a great choice for a couple or family to adopt.

Expected commitment: bi-weekly weeding

Adopt this bed!

Bed #2

This bed, located close to Bed #1, also sits on the south side of the building. The smallest of the beds, measuring just 6ft wide by 5 feet deep, it is an ideal bed for a single person or couple to adopt. Regular weeding and plant maintenance are the primary requirements for this bed.

Expected commitment: bi-weekly weeding; plant maintenance as needed

Bed #3

Bed #3 is an important flower bed as it sits right near the main entry doors of the building. This triangular-shaped bed measures 15 feet at its widest point by 10 feet at its deepest point. Bed #5

Easily the largest bed on the property, bed #5 measures 30 feet wide by 12 feet deep. Located on the south side of the property, this very visible bed will provide the greatest challenge because of its size and terrain.
